No sales from ebay! Why?

I listed around 10 products on ebay related to mobile accessories. but none of them is sold till now. I am getting good ranks on my keyword but still no sales. My products are good and premium. they minimal prices too.
what can be the reason?

I read somewhere that Ebay was keyword spamming Google searches so Google's new Panda algorithm has downgraded or "sandboxes" Ebay.
