May I Link more than a G+ account to the site

I work for a university and our main website is connected to our main G+ account.

Though, I just got one request from our Alumni group wanting to link the other Alumni Google+ page with main university website. In future, I can see the other student organizations asking the same thing.

Yes. You can but you need to have separate physical address on your website for this.
