Things I should do before opening a new site?

Hello webmasters,

Please show me a list Things I should do before opening a new site?
I'm going to do a new website for a specific niche that I think it can be possible.

If you have a good fund then it's easy for you to start up a new website
- Buy a web hosting to host your site on.
- Hire web developer or designers to design your website template ( make it unique )
- Hire good writers to write content (more unique articles ) for you
- Find SEO consultants to support on SEO on page, off page for your website
- Find some promoters to promote your services, if possible, using Google adwords to speed up your sales.
- Build relationships and social networks for your websites
- Apply any advertising campaigns like buying banner ad, email marketing...etc to boost your sales.

Am I missing some factors?. Anyone can give additional information to this ?

Firstly have concrete business plan, identify your target users and competitors and your USP(Unique selling proposition) (if it is a whole new idea then there are lot other factors you got to work on)
like business plan, target users, identify and buy the suitable domain name, identify and buy hosting service, identify the best team and hiring the team(Business analyst, UI designers and developers )

You can either develop your own website or you can hire professional developers to create a secure and a clean looking website. But before starting a new website you need to do following things:

1. Establish the aim of your website
2. Know your target market
3. Choose your domain name wisely
4. Decide on design and layout
5. Plan and create your pages and content
6. Select high quality and unique images for your website
7. Analyze your competitors inorder to create a unique webiste
8. Create your logo

When designing a website also make sure that the website design is SEO friendly.
