How to Get Backlinks and Traffic From PDF Websites

Hello, everyone..! I have prepared some PDF of my blog post, and I plan to submit those PDF to online libraries. I want to get some more backlinks and traffic from those PDF document submission. Anyway, did you have some recommend about this such as recommended websites, and what is the better ways to do this..?

I don't think Google will count backlinks from PDFs files, where have you heard about this?

I don't mean that to get the backlinks for PDF, but PDF submission such as backlinks from document description..!

Google doesn't crawl inside the PDF documents, so it means they won't pass link juice.

And as far as I know almost every document site provides nofollow links. So, it would be better to concentrate on PDFs and attract visitors from there.
