Please review this site I'm working on

I work for a company that was tasked to revamp an existing tool to help sellers to manage and promote items on forums, sites, and social media. The application, allows users to create and post dynamic ads across multiple venues. Those ads, in turn, track real time inventory levels, making sure all content is current.

I wont lie… the product had a number of issues when we took over and we’re still working through some of them. However, we’re also looking to add new features and functionality, and have been working on the UI/UX and we’d really love to get your feedback. Please, tell us what you like; what you hate; what doesnt work; what we’re missing.

While we’re in Beta, there is no fee to use the product. The product is called SellBuddy, and can be found at sellbuddy (.) com. Any feedback that would help our work on this site would be appreciated.

Interesting.... I've had a quick look...

As I understand the model is to place an ad on the sell buddy store and in return sell buddy goes off and places ads all over the place with getting traffic to the ad? Is that right? I understand that you're in beta phase - but it would be useful to know where the ads are going to be placed such as which networks as well as pricing based on impressions, clicks etc...

I can see how taking a combined approach with overheads is better than a piece meal approach which maybe cheaper but takes more time....

The first thing I would add to your site is an informative video.... explain the model... the benefits.... and show how it works in real time... For me that is lacking and would like to see more...

I also think you need to explain the type of traffic which is targeted and how... It can be easy to get bulk traffic versus targeted traffic which converts.... I prefer the latter so looking at your site I would want to know more on that particular point....

Thank you for the feedback. Actually, the site allows you (the user) to create a dynamic ad that tracks inventory, reputation, price, etc. Then the user is given the code so they can post it on forums, social media, blogs, other sites, etc.

It is interesting that you thought we placed the ads for you. I'm going to look at how we've worded things on the landing page and sign up to see how I can avoid that viewpoint.

It is a good site and fast also which is an important factor but build more traffic on you site and go in top alexa ranking.
I would also consider using this website as i also want to sell ads on my site.

The website looks very basic. There is very little content. That big blue box on top of the image is too large and too obstructive. I would make that box is a little smaller. I would also add more content and more links.
The colors are okay. Nothing too flashy.
