Children and adolescents are the most vulnerable to the dangers of the web population sector. Therefore, parents should consider using some tools to monitor the behavior of their children in the digital world.

Without proper guidance, the use of such devices can be harmful. Here are some options to maintain the safety of your children when they surf the Internet.

1. Norton Family Parental Control (iOS, Android)
This application lets you monitor the activities of your children on Android devices. The interface provides effective Internet security tools for the family, which help protect their children from cyberbullying and inappropriate web content.

Also you can block visits to inappropriate websites, set up customized email alerts to notify you when your children try to do something they should not, and receive a record of 90 days on the activity of your child on the Internet.

A nice feature built into my phone is "family mode". It lets you have a completely different homescreen just for kids, so you can only put apps you approve of on there. It also lets you lock the internet or only allow certain sites. Really nice feature.

You can try also CyberPatrol, besides blocking the websites you want, it also keeps track of the visited ones. Also, this one is supposed to let you block according to ages groups. That way you can block porn or violent sites. There is another one called Minormonitor, that one is great because it gives you an alert when a new friend is added on Facebook or Twitter, and helps you keep a track on what they share too.
