Change URL structure to HTTPS, backlinks are still valuable?

Hello,

I'm going to change one of my blogs to https and try to see how it affect SEO rankings but I don't know if I change URL structure to HTTPS, its backlinks are still valuable which I build last time?

Indeed the backlinks will be okay just a few checks required.... If the old page/posts are not shown with http but with https then I would use canonicalization tag to attribute the link juice to the https version... You can read about canonicalization here... Also make sure that the http version redirects correctly to https and not resulting in 404 error...
