As my google analytics, here is rate of visitors come my site from mobile devices

75.3 % came from Desktop users
15.1% from tablet users
only 9.6% from mobile users

Since the percentage of mobile users keep increasing in general, I am kind of worried whether this trend will lead to decreased ad revenue or sales.

Has anyone got any comments?

Internet browsing using mobile devices in increasing. No doubt about it and there is nothing you can do to change that fact.

What you need to do is:

1. Make sure your site is mobile responsive.
2. Make your ad appear on mobile devices also. Just be careful that the mobile ads don't take over the screen. You can use some css to make a horovontal ad appear and stick to the bottom of the screen, much like ads in iOS/Admroid aps.

If the percentage of mobile users is increasing- you should get in on mobile advertising. Advertising on mobile is huge right now.

Consider creating a mobile app for your website, depending on what kind of website it is of course. But statistics show that mobile users are more likely to make purchases on mobile apps versus mobile websites.
If you don't want to create an app, make sure your website is mobile and user friendly. Then serve ads like interstitials or mobile video on it. Check out mobile ad networks to help you out with the advertising.

Hope this gave you some guidance! Good luck

Is this case I'd recommend you to check you website's mobile usability. Just after you're sure everything's okay, start adding mobile ads. By the way, you don't have to buy or borrow each mobile device for testing, there are some online emulators, try Google searching.
If you find it difficult to fully concentrate on mobile advertising, you may try something like WapEmpire's TDS. You just put a code generated by the system and your mobile visitors see automatically filtered offers.

Yes definitely change your site to be more responsive to mobile traffic. You dont want to be caught when the tide changes to over 50% mobile traffic and youre still stuck with a desktop based site. Trends show that mobile browsing is trumping desktop worldwide, and over 70% of Facebook visits worldwide are now from mobile devices.

Best advice is to gear up your site to be mobile focused and embrace it
