I am trying to find a per per click suggested post network. Like Taboola, but without the need for 500k monthly views.

Do any of you use anything like this?

In case anyone is interested, I went with content.ad

If you want to have a look at the types of ads it displays just head over to my blog (in my sig) and check out the end of a single post.

To be honest, I have already started receiving a few clicks. I think it has a lower $CPM than adsense but your definitely get a higher CTR, mine is currently 100% !

I have not ever heard about Taboola but I can monetize my blog site with 500k monthly views or drive traffic to my site? its a paid service?

Yeah, you can either display the ads and get paid every click, or pay them to ad your posts to there advertising program.
