Reliable web hosting company?

Anyone have any solid recommendations or good experiences for a web hosting company? I'm looking for one with R1Soft as a feature integrated in cPanel and possibly server location in the US. I left Hostgator months ago and finding a new & better shared hosting. A good VPS hosting company is considered. Thanks

A lot of people like having R1Soft integrated in their cPanel. It makes it a lot easier for them to restore a file, database, or entire site for a previous incremental backup. Plus, it cuts down on our support tickets since they can do it themselves!
