Video submission tools?

I am looking for legit video marketing submit tools, something similar to Hootsuite, Onlywire, or Dlvr. it that is built for video primarily. Has anyone had any luck with a tool of this nature? I have used a few paid services, I like Dlvrit the best, but there are tons of options enabled, and things are overly complex in some of these tools.
