Free versus paid blog services?

What would be the best way to build PR for investment? Would it be best if I try to make a free website platform or will try to invest on a paid domain?

Messing around with free stuff could mean ads or limited resources. Also, you might not be as free as you'd like to be in regards to what you want to do. In that case, it's better to get paid hosting and simply upload WordPress or some other platform to it. Note, if you don't know how to do it, then most cPanel configurations have a self-installer known as Softalicious and also a person can always pay someone.

Oh, by the way, if your worried about the price, then don't. Nowadays the market is saturated so your sure to find an affordable deal somewhere.
