Is 2Captcha legit or scam?

I've tried 2captcha also and I think it's legit at some reviewers claimed but I haven't tried to get a payment there since I've stopped using it after 1 week because it's really a huge wasting of time. You can't even earn 0.10 for one hour. So I think it's better to find some good online opportunities out there.
