Writing content for SEO is difficult because you have to integrate keywords into the text several times without the content sounding ridiculous or obviously for SEO due to the high volume of keywords. I could use some tips on seamlessly integrating keywords. Are there some tricks on packing an article without it being obvious? Or is this just a skill that takes practice and writing experience? Thanks.

You do not need to integrate keywords into the content several times. In fact, you don't need to include a keyword at all in the content to rank for it. You should do some research around latent semantic indexing. Google is getting better at understanding language and how terms are interconnected and related to one another. There is no need to stuff keywords into an article to get it to rank.
