You can't. Even if you could find some magical way of doing it, all the person would need to do is print the PDF or print the screen capture. Then scan it using OCR software. Instant text file.

The short answer is you can't actually prevent a PDF from being copied or modified.

But you try this :

Add rudimentary security to your PDFs that will prevent honest folk form copying content in Reader or Acrobat.

You mean the information? Save each page of the PDF out from Photoshop as .jpg files and recompile the PDF.

Still would be easy to copy the text. Just use OCR software. That will copy all the text from image files.

Basically, if you can see it on your computer monitor, it can be copied.

I believe that you can digitally sign a pdf and verify if it has been tampered with.

Converting text on PDF to image, can make it difficult to copy. It would take extra effort. But the determined ones can still copy.

Making PDF text uncopyable is not a straightforward process, and there is no one tool or option in a PDF creator that can guarantee that the text in your PDF document cannot be copied. However, there are some steps you can take to make it more difficult for others to copy text from your PDF document:
  1. Use an add-on: Some PDF creators, such as Adobe Acrobat, offer add-ons that can restrict copying, printing, and editing of a PDF document.
  2. Set document permissions: You can set document permissions using Adobe Acrobat's "Restrict Editing" function. This allows you to restrict certain actions, such as copying and printing, for users who view the PDF.
  3. Use a password-protected PDF: You can password-protect your PDF document to prevent unauthorized access.
  4. Flatten the PDF: Flattening a PDF can make it more difficult for someone to copy text, as the text is embedded into the PDF image.
Please keep in mind that while these methods can make it more difficult to copy text from a PDF document, they are not foolproof and the text can still be copied with the right tools or techniques. The best way to ensure the security of your PDF document is to use encryption, digital signatures, and other security features that are built into some PDF creator tools.

Can you guide these ways more details? for example, how to do or apply it
