It depends on your business or product, if you want to promote a product which can go viral through videos then you should go for video marketing. Nowadays businesses are also investing in video marketing over conventional approach of article marketing. For example there are many firms which are giving their company introduction in video instead of long text based article.

In comparison I think if article marketing will get 9 out of 10 then on the other hand you can give 10 out of 10 to video marketing as it is visible and give space to write a description about the product or services.
