I'm perplexed with automatic SEO :( In this respect, when someone pushes me to obtain any Auto SEO offerings, I honestly get more perplexed.

I'm aware that numerous companies provide Auto SEO, such as SEMALT, but I'm interested in learning more about its effectiveness. What advantages and disadvantages are there?

Well, automatic SEO has its advantages and disadvantages over manual SEO.

For the advantages, it is cheaper and faster compared to the manual one, in addition to the fact that you can automate the process. Site auditing is also made easier because you have a lot more time in checking for the actual results.

As for the disadvantages, it is more prone to creating lower quality backlinks if not used correctly. Auto SEO tools tend to focus more on quantity rather than quality. Lastly, the links that the tools have automated cannot be considered as site traffic.

Hope this helps!

Thank you so much for your suggestions. Have you worked with SEM Alt or any other tools before?

I'm a little wary of Semalt although I have no prior experience with them (I'll try asking around my team if they had any experience with them). It's because my team and I found a way to automate our SEO through a series of complicated integrations. We use a web of tools including Google Ads, FB Ads, Asana, Trello, Gmail, Google Sheets, HubSpot, MySQL, Amazon, Shopify, and Google Analytics to name a few. The PPC is mostly for lead generation for our content and product pages for a better reach. We use something called Zapier to integrate all these and make a logic-based program that basically notes our SEO profile through information pulled from Google Analytics and inputs it on a spreadsheet. It's a little complicated especially since I'm not the one who engineered it, but if you're more open to having your SEO process handed over to someone else–that's completely fine, but for us, this is our form of quality control to make sure we don't saturate our backlinking profile with low-quality links. Here's a sort of related guide on how we did it. I basically Googled how I think our system was built, but yeah it's more complex than your average paid-per-month service. Also, another thing you need to consider is if you're in need of an SEO expert since we have one on our team which is why we opted for the more complex route of things.

Advantages is something positve happens. The negative is most don't do anything anyway and if you make regular content you maybe ranking because of it. If you are an expert in sales or coding alone there is nothing wrong with having assistance. Do what you do best as a SEO expert does what they do best. Do not confuse auto seo with self serve tools.

This review of yours gave me some hope, first. But in last, it has now thrown me back into the darkness since I didn't comprehend what you were trying to say . Even then, thank you for your kind comments.

Automated SEO is the use of fully or semi-automated SEO software or platforms to implement SEO strategies with little effort on your part. It is relatively cheaper, not to mention faster, to complete SEO tasks automatically than manually. You can easily handle tedious and time-consuming tasks like site audits.

The way I see it, SEO is a full time commitment. If you perform the SEO yourself, you are committing to writing content, doing submissions, analyzing keywords, reviewing metrics, etc... If you opt for auto SEO, then you are committing to managing the system you are using, as no automated system will perform all of these tasks well on its own. So in essence your options are to perform the tasks yourself or to invest a similar amount of time managing the process, but I don't see auto SEO as a way of taking the workload off in any way.
