First of All, DA has nothing to do with Search Engine rankings. It's a 3rd party metric and Google doesn't use it to determine a website's ranking. I suggest to better focus on your content and creating quality backlinks to rank well in search engines. I personally like The Domain rating of aherfs. Moz DA is crap for me.

Actually Domain Authority is introduced by Moz. So it is not in the list of ranking factors by google.
To increase domain authority you have to follow some changes to the site.
