Of course it's not same as whm cpanel, but it's cheap. Also similar to whm cpanel for my opinion is spanel.io it looks really similar...

Yes, spanel looking good but there are no option for unlimited accounts...

That's why i told you to ask them, there is always a solution between that. Asking doesn't cost a thing. I am pretty sure they are aware that there are customers/companies that have more than 100 accounts, and as such i do believe there is a solution in more than 100 accounts in their panel, whether with additional fee or without.
