That's hard. Since most of AI and Crawlers now are just bots. You will need a good WAF to block certain bad Crawlers and AI bots. The bad side is that your traffic can drop.

A WAF will not move Moz Spam Score. That score comes from Moz scoring your site against patterns in their own index, mostly link profile and on-site signals. Bot traffic hitting your server is not an input, so blocking crawlers costs you visitors and changes nothing on that number.

For a brand new site a lot of it fires just for being new and small, which is why the OP sees no movement no matter what he fixes. It also only updates when Moz refreshes their index, so nothing shows the same week you make a change.
