It's really a big problem if you have no more online time to manage your forum then best solutions for this you need hire some moderators with payments

Hire moderators, if you have no spare cash for them then offer advertising space. If your forum is constantly active many people will do it just for the title.

You can install anti spam mods which help a lot. But, still the forum needs moderators to keep it clean, organized and active.

That's is the very reason why you have your staff with you. You cannot do the 24/7 monitoring because it is simply not good.

5. If your allowing links in certain areas maybe have those moderated
