Did you have any knowledge about HTML and CSS before ?

if not, I suggest you learn it to make a good website design or hiring a professional designer to design your websites look good and professional then

If you're not a good designer, you've got two options;

Hire a graphic designer to create the design you want, then cut it into HTML yourself, or;

Purchase a template for a design you like and modify based on your needs. There are lots of great designs/templates out there that can be made to look different with enough modification.

Design your website by using HTML, CSS, jQuery for Static site. It's good in looking also use high quality images to create a better website.

Do you know about HTML or photoshop or any other designing tools if yes you can make it easily if not learn through by taking classes.
