The average cost per click for solo ads in the internet marketing niche
is about $0.30 - $0.40 cents per click and up...

So for a 100 click solo ad, it's normal to pay between $30-$50.

Keep in mind that the PRICE does not always reflect the quality...

You can get a $.30/click solo ad that performs WAY better than a $.50/click one.

Always look for reviews, testimonials, etc. when choosing to deal with a specific solo ad vendor.

I got confused when I am considering between solo ad and email marketing. According to you, which I should go with? and which is better?

Email marketing is when you market products or services to people via email.

The first part is actually BUILDING a list...

This can be done naturally by building your own list of opt-in subscribers...
Usually by giving away something for free in exchange for an email address.

OR, it can be done by purchasing solo ads and sending that traffic to your offer
or to your opt-in (squeeze) page.

A solo ad is when you pay someone who already has a list of subscribers in your niche,
to email their list with your offer...

So, I think you may be a little bit confused, because "solo ads" and "email marketing" are
essentially the SAME thing... Solo ads are just ONE way to go about email marketing...

Does that make sense?

Instead going with solo ads, I would recommend Google AdWords. Much effective if you sett up the campaign right from the start. Think twice because with 50$ you can't have a ROI positive or leads from solo ads. I didn't heard so far..
