Hi , I often heard that few SEOs claim to guarantee rankings in Google allege a special tools to get your site as ranks above all .
Is above is true can I believe them or they are just a way to fool us.

Please someone share their experiences.

Never trust on these type of false claims. Just use your intelligence and choose SEO provider wisely. No one can get you top in search engine result page quickly.

Beware of all the scammers in the SEO niche. There are LOTS of them. I find it funny how they make such great claims to be able to rank a client site for high competition keywords, yet they can't even rank their OWN website for anything.

Friend, it's only promotions from SEO people providing SEO services. It's not real. Google is always change their algorithms and noone can sure anythings.

Google change there Algorithm anytime without giving any information. so, it is very hard to say but still if you want to keep your trust on them than check their work and contact their past client and check what they say about SEOptimizer....
