I'm using these methods to attract visitors on Google plus for my posts on it

Include interesting photo or video in my post
Add relevant circles when posting
Utilize hash-tags
Always answers to comments on my posts
Respond to follow up comments via email.

what are your tips on Google+ and I want to know more other tips

Find Google+ communities (groups) in your niche, engage with the members and add them to your circles. Post your content after adding some value to the community, don't be a spammer
