Managing Facebook Groups Effectively?

Are you owning a facebook group with thousands of members?

I'd like to hear your suggestions on how to manage a facebook group effective without flood of spams...

What should I do? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

In order to manage large Facebook groups efficiently, all you have to do is to care about it. In other words, endorse contribution and prohibit spam. If you see someone posting regularly on your group, give him an incentive. If you see somebody spamming, ban him.

Honestly, I have groups with some thousands of members on each one. some I must moderate posts but it spent me too much time, some I allowed members post automatically, I couldn't manage them.

It's not that you cannot manage them but it's just that you cannot handle them. I would recommend you to find Content Manager for your Facebook Groups & Pages. Make sure that he is trusted. For example, your siblings or family.

You can add group and page managers as well as limit their moderator role.
