Recursive in DirectAdmin?

we are having a website running on DirectAdmin, I want to know if I tick on Recursive with selected folder and click set permission then what will happen?



Entire folders/files in selected folder will be set permission as current folder?

With this checkbox enabled, the diretory being set will have it's permissions set recusively, meaning all files and folders below it will have the same permissions.
