1) I would focus on social media, video marketing in order to reach out as part of branding... No sales just offer value and build a following...
2) Also I would operate various newsletters which target the different customers/readers etc.. Again offer value and discounts etc which can further build customer loyalty...
3) Offer great customer support... Make sure to have a helpdesk / trouble ticket system in place as well as responsive support via email, chat and if possible telephone/skype...
