Underestimated by more people but honestly the slogan is a marketing tool that can be used intelligently the differentiating factor for your product or business.

Strategically used by political, religious, sports and big businessmen a good slogan has proved a magnet for customers. Today we will discuss how to create a slogan that sells.

A slogan is basically a short phrase that conveys the main idea that differentiates your product or company in a very creative way. However, the real success of a good slogan is its effectiveness to position itself in the minds of consumers and that these repeat it "unconsciously".

To create a slogan that really works for marketing online, you should consider these 10 tips:

1. Must be a short phrase (5-8 words when maximum)
2. It should be easy to remember
3. Must be addictive
4. If motivates a smile on the customer, their effectiveness is multiplied
5. Preferably use simple, common words or idioms (slangs)
6. You must clearly identify your product or service
7. It should highlight the qualities of what you offer
8. Use resources such as rhyme, repetition and double meaning
9. Create surprise or pity are also techniques that work
10. It should appeal to a Unique Competitive Advantage (VCU)

A shocking slogan should merge all these ideas ingeniously, and to sample some famous slogans that speak for themselves

A final tip is to never-involved in your slogan something you can not keep your customers. This would be a perfect formula to achieve the opposite effect.

What is your slogan that you are using and it's bringing more effective for your online business or not? what are your shares?

Nice post! I would also recommend using the slogan to also appear either in your title or description tag on the home page as it should perfectly present what your website is about with outlining your USP (unique selling point)...
