Why I am not able to use both sticky.js and fancybox gallery?
I use sticky.js to make some of my div sticky. but its not working when I also use fancybox.

Because you are missing somethings in your codes such as CSS classes, Javascript files includes or html elements that required for Jquery works.
Check carefully which they provided for you and follow their steps to make codes working.
One important note is, Both also are using jquery so they can have conflict together.

yes its look like they have jquery lib with different version. How should I fix it? is there a way to fix or need to find a different gallery compatible with the sticky.js?

There's a couple of things you can do... I would try reference the latest version of the jquery lib for both as you would assume it is backward compatible... if that does not work try the older jquery lib file...
