Anybody are using health and fitness for your niche blog and having success with them. I am starting to think it is too hard and saturated to work commercially on this niche.

I am not particularly sure what you are selling related to health and fitness. Is it a service to get fit? or health supplements?

Even with presence of stiff competition, you can find your niche in the market by finding your "unique selling proposition." That is a marketing term which will let your customers know why I should try your product or service.

I have seen a lot of content made specifically on health and fitness. High performing blogs talk about "dangers" on not taking care of your health which actually instill "fear" and being "conscious" of staying fit and healthy which are good signals for selling your services or products. I find testimonials especially via video marketing extremely effective. Free trial or money guarantees encourage trial offer including promo offer by way of discounts for a limited time period.

You can always check what competition is doing and look for opportunities not being served and perhaps start from there. If you believe in what you are offering and its effectiveness, then there is no reason that you should not let the market know about this. Know your target market, prepare your marketing plan, concentrate your strategies towards maximizing your introduction via platforms that can yield you the highest exposure considering your budget and time constraints.

Now, it is difficult in this domain, with pandemic, a lot of blogs appears, but you can obtain success if you could motivate your readers to do it and may make blogs more interesting or creative.

Nice points shared here.

One thing that also helps with engagement and user value is sharing free tools.
For example, the free calorie deficit calculator is very useful for health and fitness websites to help users understand daily calorie intake. Providing helpful resources like this can improve both traffic and trust.

Health and fitness is one of the toughest niches to make money from right now. Google prioritizes medical experts and established brands, so if you don't have credentials or an existing following, ranking organically is really hard.

Saturation is a real problem. You're competing against influencers, big brands, and YouTube channels with millions of followers. Commercial keywords are already locked down by authority sites.

There's one angle that works for some people: go into specific sub-niches instead of generic fitness. Something like "strength training for women over 50" or "nutrition for software developers" has way less competition. You can build authority in that specific space. Or skip Google ranking altogether and build through YouTube, TikTok, or email. It's slower but it works if you have personality and consistency.

Honestly, unless you have credentials or a unique angle, health and fitness probably isn't worth your time. You'd see faster wins in less saturated niches where there's actual room to grow.
