No. That would be violating the copyright of the newspaper in question. If you can find the article online, what you can do is copy and paste a sentence or two, describe the article, and then link to it.

You can write about related subjects, but plagiarising other writers' content may result in an error. You ought to do your research and write the material using your own words and ideas.
