Can you suggest me ways How to get more +1 on Google plus
I want to have more +1 for my url sharing on Google+, more +1 for my google+ page like webmaster sun.

Any shares ?

I saw more google profile has shared more useful tips but no more +1, may be less followers on their profiles.
Any thoughts ? and how to get more targeted audiences ?

I would suggest you to share a relevant content based on your audience interest and also based on the nature of your business might help you to get high traffic. And also focus on all other social media pages for enhancing your brand awareness. Building up the followers on other networks might also increase your followers in Google profile(i.e. audience).
