Will a change of website template affect search engine rankings?

Hello,

I have a question that if I change website template, it affected to search engine rankings, is it true?
because I have a blog and have some keywords in top 10 google, i'm afraid that if I change my template, keywords will decrease rankings. Any one helps me?

If you change any on-page factor like title or description tag of your blog then it will affect your search engine ranking. But if you are changing only template or nothing then it doesn't impact your current ranking.

According to me its effect on the ranking because the design of a website is the first thing that attracts people. I am not saying that your ranking getting down. It's all depend on the template. If your recent template is better than previous one then obviously ranking increases and if not then ranking decreases.
