What is the Yoast's best configuration?

Guys I am setting up a blog on word-press. I was using all in one seo plugin before but looks like he blog is having some issue with it (bugs might be). Planning to install Yoast but I don't know where to start. Can anyone tell me the perfect setting of Yoast please?
