How can I recruit affiliates to sell products on my site?

I'm currently working on my business blog, the IM products already have offered there but I have difficulty in increasing sales for it. I am thinking about recruiting affiliates to sell my products. Do you have any experience on that, please give me suggestions

I have found a lot off facebook groups are great for gaining jv partners.

Do a seearch on fb for jv or affiliate and see what comes up.
after you join one or two keep an eye on the recomemded groups
to join as it will give you more.
