I think it is easy to think that reputation management firms need to use social media as part of their strategy, does anyone know of any forums dedicated to discussing this, a freely available PDF with strategies on this, or some sort of scripts or software that helps someone get started doing this?
Not nessecarily a big corporate bible, though if you happen to have one of those I would be very happy to accept it as a free & early Christmas gift! :shake:
Smaller tools and strategies would be awesome if someone has some insight into this and the tools that go with it.
