Alternatives to Facebook fan pages

Does anyone know of a site that is similar to Facebook for creating fan pages? I want to build a community where can drive traffic to my blog site.

Use Google plus pages, they're also good for driving traffic and getting your blog more exposure. You can also connect your G+ page with youtube if you do video marketing which will bring more traffic.

There are huge sites that is similar to Facebook for creating fan pages. For example : Google+, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc that can drive numerous visitors to your blog.
